Srila Gurudeva left for New Vrndavan on Wednesday May 8th. He will be back on Sunday to give the Sunday Feast class.

All the devotees have been happy because Gurudeva has been able to get some rest after his Fiji trip. Ofcourse we would like him to rest more, but his countless responsibilities are calling him… Srila Gurudeva is extremely responsible and when he knows that devotees need his help and association, he goes… No matter how he is feeling.

Srila Gurudeva is very exited about his upcoming music tour in Estonia. I will keep all the devotees posted about that and Gurudeva promised to send lots of material to put on the web right from the tour… So, there is lots of excitement coming.

This time he had to go for the meetings in New Vrndavan. He was not too excited about it. He loves helping the devotees, but managing is not his favorite service. But he does it for Prabhupada.

On Monday Srila Gurudeva told the devotees that he will not stay in New Vrndavan more than one day of the meetings and he didn’t even want anyone cooking for him there… So the devotees cooked for him on Wednesday morning for both Wednesday and Thursday and he carried the big bag of prasadam with him on the plane. Thursday night he will go and stay at some devotees’ house on the way and he will be back on Sunday.

Right now we are thinking of getting a digital recorder for the temple here, so we can record Gurudeva’s classes and put them daily online… So hopefully soon you will be able to hear his morning class every morning… That’s it for now. I will be posting more news before Gurudeva goes to Europe.
